Prologue

Prologue is a poetic video loop in which an Icelandic poem about the wind merges with an Italian poem about a lava flow.

Emerging from two residencies—at NES in Iceland and LIAP in Leipzig—the work depicts the ongoing dialogue between the flowing forces of nature and spirit. The words are whispered—like the wind itself, soft yet inescapable—and carry the breath of two landscapes touching.
Prologue is the opening chapter of the ongoing project Sky Kisses Earth and serves as the introduction to the exhibition Moving Mountains: a symbolic journey to the center of the earth, inspired by Jules Verne.
